Investors in People (IIP) Investors in People is a recognition that an organisation looks to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of its people. Primary Networks were pleased to achieve IIP when it was awarded in 2005. This externally audited award focusses on the people within the business and we work hard to encourage and foster an environment where people feel valued and where their ideas can be put forward and listened to.
